Mercedes-AMG’s GLS SUV is getting a refresh for the 2024 model year, with bold updates to the exterior to further differentiate it from the rest of the GLS line. A more prominent grille with integrated air ducts with the AMG emblem on the hood marks the performance edition of the SUV, with an exclusive rear LED light treatment and animated projection when opening the doors.

The interior features Nappa leather upholstery and new High-Gloss Brown Linden Wood and Piano Lacquer Flowing Lines, with a two-tone color scheme as an option and the latest iteration of the MBUX infotainment system.

The hand-built 4-liter twin-turbo V8 gets a 21 horsepower increase to 603 with hybrid assist, dropping 0-60 times to 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 174 MPH. The Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 will be available later in 2023.
