Audemars Piguet – one of the luxury watch brands – has released two new Royal Oak Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon characterised by dimpled dials. The watch reimagines the traditional tapisserie dial with a dimpled texture, giving its face a new surface. The first model comes in white gold with a blue dimpled dial while the second combines the warm tones of pink gold to an elegant brown dimpled dial.

The dials are completed by white or pink gold applied hour-markers and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating.

Measuring 41 mm x 10.6 mm and offering water resistance to 50 metres / 165 feet, the case of the new Royal Oak Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon presents a hand-hammered bezel, a decoration that Audemars Piguet describes as “frosted gold”. The gold bracelet is secured to the wrist by a double folding AP clasp.

The transparent sapphire crystal caseback showcases the automatic Calibre 2950 beating at the frequency of 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour) with a power reserve of 65 hours.
