LUNAZ 1961 BENTLEY S2 CONTINENTAL EV

Times change, and finding that cigars-and-brandy, clubroom feel in a high luxury British car is getting harder by the day. But Lunaz has brought classic British luxury back with zero emissions with this 1961 Bentley S2 Continental. Built at a time when one could still have the chassis custom-bodied by the likes of H.J. Mulliner & Co. and Park Ward, the car wears a two-door James Young body on the rare Continental-spec S2 running gear.

The conversion involves a complete teardown, with the body stripped to bare metal and repainted. A 400-horsepower electric drivetrain replaces the original V8, along with sustainably-sourced wood veneers and carpets made from recycled materials. Lunaz bills the car as the rarest to ever receive an EV conversion.
