Balancing customers’ requests for a street-legal motorcycle and the need to retain their signature maneuverability was a tough task for Super73. They look to have succeeded with the C1X. Currently in the concept stage, it will offer a top speed of over 75 mph, thus requiring a motorcycle endorsement and full insurance, but has a seat height of just 31″ and a wheelbase of just 51″. The latter is made possible by mounting the motor rearward of the swingarm pivot point, as well as by compact 15″ wheels. While exact specifications have yet to be announced, the C1X will offer a fast charging solution that can charge to 80% (or about 100 miles of range) in less than an hour; it’s available to reserve now for $73 with production expected to begin in late 2023.
