Dominic Ciambrone, also known as The Shoe Surgeon, is at the top of the custom sneaker world. Ciambrone’s shop, SRGN Studios, releases one-of-a-kind designs that are no less than wearable art.

Ciambrone is no less demanding when it comes to vehicles, and worked with Bentley on a bespoke Flying Spur Hybrid built to his specifications. Debuted at Art Basel Miami, the car is finished in a two-tone colorway of Anthracite and Anthracite Satin, with Satin Bronze accents.

The Mulliner Blackline Specification and Styling Specification add black brightware, a front splitter, side sills, rear diffuser, and decklid spoiler. The interior features the Surgeon logo over walnut veneers and a Linen and Beluga color scheme.
