Following a successful real estate foray in Dubai, Lamborghini has partnered with luxury development firm Dar Global on a new project named Tierra Viva. The development, located in Benahavis, along Spain’s Costa del Sol, will feature 53 villas staggered along the hills overlooking the Mediterranean.

Three models will be available: the four-bedroom Esmeralda, the five-bedroom Zafiro, and the six-bedroom Diamanta. All three will offer interior design inspired by the styling of Lamborghini’s automobiles, including marble, leather, and loads of glass. In addition, each villa has direct car access, multiple terraces, a large garden, and a swimming pool. The development is expected to be completed in 2027.
