08 Feb Hublot Classic Fusion Tourbillon Orlinski
In collaboration with Richard Orlinski, the world’s best-selling French artist, Hublot introduces the Classic Fusion Tourbillon Orlinski, featuring two models distinguished by their eye-catching colours: yellow magic and sky blue.
The first model exudes a sunny radiance, featuring a case, strap, bezel, hands, and index all adorned in vibrant yellow.
The second version takes inspiration from the ‘clear sky,’ where contrasts fade away, giving way to a chromatic harmony. Crafted from high-tech ceramic, the cases of these timepieces measure 45 mm x 10.6 mm and showcase Richard Orlinski’s distinctive artistic touch. Since 2017, Hublot has granted the artist creative freedom within the Classic Fusion series, enabling him to shape the bezel, reimagine the case, and meticulously design the indices.
With a water resistance of 30 meters / 100 feet, both watches house the manually wound HUB6021 caliber. The components of this 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour) movement, including the crown and the six H-shaped screws encircling the bezel, appear suspended in space, supported by black PVD skeleton bridges. The Classic Fusion Tourbillon Orlinski, with sapphire crystal faces on both front and back, gracefully captures light, allowing the wearer to appreciate the intricate mechanisms.Between 8 and 9 o’clock, the power reserve indicates the five-day capacity. At 6 o’clock, the tourbillon keeps the time ticking on.
The watches are paired with smooth rubber straps perfectly matching the case colours. Produced in limited editions of 30 pieces for each colour, the new Hublot Classic Fusion Tourbillon Orlinski, available in magic yellow (ref. 505.CY.119Y.RX.ORL23) or in sky blue (ref. 505.ES.5129.RX.ORL23), retails at the price of Euro 99,000. hublot.com
