Just ahead of the Winter Games in Beijing, Shaun White’s Whitespace unveils its new collection with Louis Vuitton. The collaboration was conceived by the Olympic snowboarder and Virgil Abloh, an experience he shared on social media. It includes four custom luggage pieces, dressed in the French fashion house’s all-black monogram print and branded with a crisp white logo. Among the items are a snowboard case and a guitar case, both a first for the Maison. Developed in the atelier in France, the pieces require over 250 hours to complete and 100 steps to assemble.
